A Child’s Hope for Dad

This fundraising is for my dad, Eduardo Apari, who's been sick since September 2018 due to 2 counts of Stroke, Bells Palsy, Extreme Anxiety, Depression, Pneumonia, and Sepsis, for years has been suffering from Diabetes and Hypertension, and has now developed kidney issue.

He was confined in three different hospitals since then and even had to stay in the ICU and confined at different times, resulting in hospital bills that shot up to 3 Million Pesos. Between 2018 to 2019, we had fundraising events to be able to pay the hospitals, our friends and families who lent us money for the bills and everyday expenses which include medicines, food (taken through PEG), doctors' consultations, that costs P10,000 a week. During COVID, we had to make ends meet, just like everyone else. Moving forward to March 29, 2023, we have another challenging experience. Daddy's BP was down to 90/40 and oxygen level was at 80. He was rushed to the hospital and again had to be intubated. We brought him to a public hospital in San Juan, this is also where we rushed him in 2022, because we can't afford to bring him to private hospitals anymore.
