A chance to education for Romanian kids in need

Hello,
My name is Dorina, I am 27 y. o and I live in Constanta, Romania. I graduated Anthropology and I have an MA Degree in Social Studies, both with Magna cum Laude. Currently, I work as a translator (mainly books) and I am also a private English tutor for children. In my free time, I work as a volunteer for poor kids.
I want to start a charitable association to reach the poor kids and famillies from the villages around the city where I live, Constanta, Romania. My father died when I was 2 and mom never remarried, she raised me by herself, without any help. It was very difficult, we had a lot of struggles and that made me very sensitive and empathetic to other people in need, especially orphans and widows, children that want to study but don t have the means. I am always trying to help, with clothes, food, my time, a kind word, with everything I can but unfortunately my material resources are limited. Children from the villages near Constanta are very poor and many of them, even if they are very smart, are forced to abandon school because their famillies can`t afford supporting them. During the winter, children often walk to school in slippers or they wait for their siblings to come home from school at midday, borrow their shoes and attend school in the afternoon. They never feel that is Easter or Christmas, they never receive gifts, many of them are sick because their alimentation is very poor.
My biggest desire is to help poor children to attend school at least until high school, so they can have a brighter future. For this, they need clothes, shoes, food, school supplies. I want to open a center, where they can receive a meal, school supplies and assistance with homework. Many famillies don' t even have electricity or water, which make it difficult for children to study at home, especially if they have younger siblings, generally famillies live 7-8 persons in only one room, children can`t do their homework or study, they get bad results and they get expelled. The illiteracy rate is very high. They can t get a job so they start stealing, begging, refugiate in alcohol and so on. It`s a vicious circle that starts in childhood. I want to change that but I can`t do it by myself. If there is any way that you can help my project, I would be very grateful.
