A car for my sister

Hello, my name is Erwin and after trial and error (meaning I wasn't sure if I could ask money for such a thing) I found the courage to do so at last. I don't quite know where to begin, I love my sister very dearly and the reason why I'm doing this is so she'll be happy again. Her boyfriend lives near the French border, on the outskirts of Belgium which is quite a distance from where we live. They've been together for three years now but the distance is breaking her down. She won't leave him, and he's a really nice guy, but since he's the only one with a car it means they won't see each other as much. Last time was three months ago. I hope you all can help me make her happy again, she got her license about a year ago but lost her job not too long after. Thank you everyone, Erwin.
