A Call for Help: Taal Eruption Victims

In just a few hours, Taal volcano’s eruption threatened the lives of people living in the nearby areas. It is continuously spewing ashes that reached up to Clark, Pampanga in Region III. Talisay, Batangas is now covered in ashes, reminiscent of a desert. More than 6,000 people had to leave their homes, their jobs, and their source of income to save their lives and of their loved ones. Many photos of individuals, especially young children, are seen covered in mud and ashes. Images of them busy evacuating their homes are being circulated online.

To those who wish to lend a helping hand can course their monetary donations through gofundme, which will be handled by the Junior Nightingales Organization. This will be used to buy all the necessities and will be disseminated fairly to the victims.
