A CALL FOR HELP: Medical Fund for Nanay Rosa

To our friends, family, and anyone with a good heart, I am Aann Dela Cruz, a close relative of Ms. Rosalinda Crisostomo, pleading for any help that you may possibly be able to extend her. Rosalinda “Rosa” Crisostomo, a 54-year old native of Amaya, Tanza, Cavite, Philippines has been my daughter’s nanny for the past 2 years. She suffered a stroke last March 2, 2015 which left her completely paralyzed. After being discharged from the Charity Ward at the Philipphine General Hospital (PGH) last March 8, she was again immediately rushed to the ICU of San Lorenzo Hospital in Naic, Cavite the following day (being the closest hospital from home) and has remained unresponsive up to this day due to sugar comatose. She comes from a very poor family and having no husband nor children to support her, the financial means to sustain her hospitalization and medical bills has already run out. We being her closest relatives are considering of transferring her to a public hospital but it will require a medically-equipped ambulance which will also cost a huge sum, not to mention the medications and other hospital expenses it will incur in the future. The doctor says she still has a fighting chance to live if given immediate medical attention. I am pleading to all of you to please help this gentle woman who has cared for me and my brothers since we were little. She is a very kind woman who gave almost everything she has for her sickly mother who unfortunately passed away 3 days before she suffered a stroke. We in the family have been trying our best to help provide for her but we too are running short since the medical bills are fast piling up. Any help from you will go a long way.
