A Budget PC Build For A Student with not enough fund

I am in first year college this year, as I am going through the university I really wanted to work on things especially with my academics since I have to edit, I have to focus on my study as well, with this PC, I can also find an online job following to sustain myself since I am already shy on asking money for help with my family. In addition, I've been longing to stream. I know it sounds silly but I really want to build a community wherein I could sit and talk to my viewers. Yes, I am not that good in games, but having a connection is I am also longing to see. I have this desire 5-6 years ago to stream but I still have 0% process. The Image there is my improvised laptop. As clearly, it's not good to be a gaming/editing PC.
