A Baby for the Risings

Dear friends, family and Go Get Funding Community,

After trying for almost other option for almost 10 years, my husband and I are down to our last chance. We want nothing more then to be parents but due to a hystorectomy due to uncontrollable bleeding, a major blood transfusion, and lots of other medical treatments, the old fashioned way just isn't going to work. We moved on to adoption, and had two children placed in our care but unfortunanltly it just didn't work out andthat was too heartbreaking to edure a second time.

Our last chance at becoming parents is with the help of a gestational surrogate.

We have the surrogate chosen, and have been saving like crazy but are about $6,000 short. We feel confident that we will be able to raise about $1,000 between other fundraisers we are putting together, but we fear the last $5,000 is beyond our reach. Please look into your hearts and concider helping us complete our journey and finally know what it is like to hold our own child in our arms.
