Urgent financial assistance is needed to help the Womack family. Due to unfortunate circumstances, Tobias was arrested and charged with a crime that he is not responsible for.

Because of the current state of the judicial system and the availability of court appointed attorneys his only option at this time is to remain incarcerated until a court date with a court appointed attorney is available, which unfortunately isn't until November. The only way that Tobias will be able to afford an attorney is with the help of friends and family which even then is pretty difficult considering the amount of money that is needed. The family is hoping you will at least consider giving whatever you can so that Tobias has a chance to rectify this situation in court and can move past this time in a timely matter.
