| Hello family, friends, and supporters. My partner and I come to you to share a bit of our personal story as well as our dream we have put our hearts into for the past few years. In our quest to decide what we were "going to be when we grew up" we settled upon a few things. One being that we wanted to own our own real real estate concept and two, we want to make a difference. We have been fortunate that our passions for real estate, photography, making homes beautiful, and teaching people to be better for themselves in the future have not only come together in our personal lives but in our plans for our business. After putting our blood,sweat, and tears into conceptualizing, planning, preparing, and personally funding our business so far we have come to a point where, like so many others, we are need of a little helping hand to get our business off to the right start. We are hoping through GoGetFunding that we will be able to receive the last little bit of funds we need for photography equipment and software, and a few other necessities to be competitive in today's real estate world. We looked for a way to be able to get the funds we need now without going into debt but also without asking for handouts. We know these days you all work very hard for your money and would not ask you to donate it if it weren't for a good cause. Which is why we have decided that all money donated to help us begin our business now through February 2019, will be paid back in full in the next ten years in the form of a donation made to the stop bullying campaign in your name. The way that it will work is if you choose to help us out, with a minimum donation of $15 you will receive one of several stop bullying t shirt designs we have made for this fundraiser. Your donation will initially go toward start up funding for A Closer Look. Details about our company can be found at closerlookinc.com. The t-shirts will be mailed for your support sometime in March. We promise to also Pay it Forward to a cause that's near to our hearts and follows not only in line with our personal values and beliefs but also our business practices and models. The stop bullying campaign is one that everyone can relate to in some way. kids have it hard enough growing up now days and the constant torture of a schoolyard bully often times proves to be too much and leads to drugs, suicide, and a whole slew of emotional wreckage in later years of their lives. Please help us get our business off to a rock-star start as well as making a donation to this important cause. WE WILL DO THIS ON A FIRST TO SPONSOR FIRST TO DONATE BASIS AND PROVIDE YOU WITH A RECEIPT THAT THE DONATION WAS MADE IN YOUR NAME WHEN IT IS COMPLETE. YOU WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO CHECK ON OUR WEBSITE ALL PROGRESS MADE IN FULFILLING OUR PROMISE TO DONATE YOUR ORIGINAL FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION TO THE STOP BULLYING CAMPAIGN. ANY AND ALL DONATIONS ARE WELCOME AND WILL BE PAID BACK BY DONATION TO THE CHARITY.
