Emergency moving fund for alpacas, chickens, dogs, cats and me

I need your help!!

I have lived on a 5-acre rental property for the past 2.5 years with a herd of alpacas (37), a flock of chickens (21), two livestock guardian dogs, a house dog and two cats. In August, I was offered and signed a renewal on the property for another year. Since I recently split from my partner of 13 years, I had planned to take the next year to save money and look for a house of my own to purchase.

However, on October 12th the rental management company issued a 20-day Notice to Vacate! The reason? The owner wants to move back into the home. Therefore, I must find a property that can accommodate all of us and move out by November 30, 2015 This is a near impossible task.

There is a bright spot in that I luckily did find a cute little house to buy with enough space for everyone. But, the hitch in buying the house is the mortgage company will not provide a pre-approval to make an offer on the house, until I have $10,000 in cash in the bank. Provided the management company returns my $4,000 deposit on the rental, I am still short by $6,000.

In addition, I need to have about $5,000 for related moving costs, which includes putting up new fences and shelters, moving vans and gas money to move the entire herd, chickens, guard dogs and me.

So, in desperation, and fear of being homeless with no place for my animals, in the next four weeks, I am putting my story out there to see if anyone can help me quickly make my goal.

I have nothing to offer. However, if you are another alpaca ranch, I will gladly offer the services of my six very nice herdsires that would like to assist in earning their moving money. Book to any male and I will add a second breeding to any equal or lesser-priced male of your choice! You do not have to use the services now; you can use these breedings anytime that works for you.
