Buy me buy a ps4 for my 15th birthday?

Hi i am Siddharth vyas from india,currently in sharjah , so basically we are in a financial situation from like over 2 years, and i can't find any help the whole year ive had saved 450$ but we had medical issues so i happily gave the money to my aunt :) but the thing is i saved that up for buying a ps4 since my ps3 is way too old now and they don't make games for it anymore,My birthday is next month on 9 april, it would be really really nice of you if helped me fight this! or its okay if you don't, i am not forcing you.
