Home renovation

The house i grew up in, which was once a glorious home, is now coming apart. It used to be a row of 3 apartments that was turned to a house to accommodate a family of 7 and now, only my youngest sister lives in one of it's rooms. While most of our other siblings have moved out, my sister preferred to stay instead of moving in with a partner. Since our parents have separated and the new "train law", and the ever growing inflation rate, things haven't been that easy. It's not like me to ask for help, mostly help from the public but i am humble requesting for assistance in our home's renovations as i fear that some damages could be irreparable if not attended to. I used to be the "handyman" of the house, the "go-to" person when it comes to repairs but for convenience, i have moved in with my partner to live closer to work. I am honestly eaten by guilt to see my youngest sister live in semi-unbearable conditions. Your little help can go a long way.
