Fund to start a business as I am now ill and not fit to work anymore and I have 2 children that I need to support

I am a father of 2 beautiful baby girls, a 6 months old baby, and a 3-year-old baby. I was working in Call Centers my whole career and working in a call center in the Philippines is really unhealthy so my health was compromised and now I reach the point where I can't work the full 8 hours as my health is declining because I am coughing so hard and my blood pressure is going up when I stay awake at night. I am planning to start a business but I don't have funds to start, I tried to apply for a loan but unfortunately one of the requirements is that I need to have a stable income in the past 12 months. so my loan was declined. currently, I am still working as a Caller in a real estate firm because I have no choice I need to feed my family but my health is really declining and I don't know when my health last. I hope someone with a good heart can help me fund the business that I really want, I want to franchise a Truck to my uncles business because he already has a logistic franchising permit to the company DOLEFIL Philippines.
