At the age of 23, I took out a loan to pay for my University studies, and for several years I paid it back. During this time, I got married and my wife and I had a daughter. Up to a certain time everything was fine, but then one after another problems started.

My grandfather was diagnosed with cancer. Because of his age, he could not undergo chemotherapy, so he was prescribed alternative medication. The cost of this course was $ 700 per month (for our country, this is a huge amount, my salary was $ 480 per month). But with the combined efforts of all the family members, we paid for the treatment, and the growth of the tumor stopped. A year later, the doctors said that the cancer has adapted to the drugs, and need to change the course of treatment. The cost of the new course was 1,400 dollars a month. And that's when it got really hard. I took out four more loans (one after the other) to pay for the treatment (it may have been a stupid thing to do, but in that situation there were no other options). We paid for the treatment, and I, little by little, paid for the loans.

When the coronavirus pandemic started, my father was fired from his job, and I was the only working member of the family (my mother teaches math at home, and now she has no students, and my wife has not been able to find a job for a long time). My salary was cut almost in half, and I now earn $ 280 a month.

My grandfather is doing well now, and his treatment has been paid for until September.

But now I have 5 loans for $ 8,500, a monthly payment of $ 330. That's $ 50 more than I make. And my family is already used to eating.

Now I can't pay my loans. The banks said that they will recover the entire amount from me through the court. If this happens, all my bank accounts will be blocked, and my property will be seized (most likely, they will not be able to take the house, but this does not make it easier). All my salary will go to the banks (I consulted a lawyer, oddly enough, this is legal).

I tried ALL possible solutions to the problem:

I tried to refinance or restructure the debt, but banks refused

I tried to find a second job, but the job market is now crowded

I wanted to declare bankruptcy, but first, it costs $ 2,800 (I don't have that kind of money), and second, my Director said he would fire me if I declared bankruptcy

I asked my friends and acquaintances for help, but they don't have that kind of money

I tried to ask the state for protection, but they told me that the state has more important things to do

I've been selling my stuff, but now I only have the most necessary things

I have a wife, parents, and grandparents to take care of, but most importantly, I have a daughter who is now a year and 9 months old, and who doesn't deserve this life.

I tried to help my grandfather, but I ruined my daughter's life.

I don't need the whole amount, I understand that this is a huge amount of money, now I need 4500 to close one loan, with the highest interest and the most evil managers. Then I can continue to pay the remaining amount without the threat of being left without money or property.
