Mental Health Fund

This Go-Get-Funding page was difficult for me to setup, but my position has become such that I must reach out for help. This does not come easy for me, but I believe that it will ultimately help me live the life I seek to live. What follows is a little bit about my situation and why i have decided to setup this page.

I have been dealing with depression and anxiety for about 6 years now. I believe that in actuality I have been dealing with some form of it my whole life, but I have only just come to terms with it a few years ago.

Mental illness has derailed my ability to exist and thrive. Over the course of the past six years, I have had to drop out of school on multiple occasions, and recluse myself from my passions and goals, all because I have been unable to maintain some semblance of stability in my life. All of this is a direct result of trauma and related mental health issues that I have endured.

I didn't disclose any personal information because of the existing stigma here in the Philippines that every mental illness is equal to "baliw" or crazy, and because of that people will easily judge and bash or belittle other's situation. Also, my parents are not aware of the constant inner battles I have been dealing with for years and i have been handling everything on my own since then because I can't tell the people that gave me life that on most days I don't want it no more and I don't want to burden them as well.

I have decided to setup this page because I cannot afford my medical expenses on my own anymore due to my inability to work consistently, so I am asking for help, any help at all! I sincerely thank anyone who is able to help I am optimistic that I can finally receive the help that I need. ❤️
