Raising funds for Civil Service Leadership and Mgt. Certification

I'm asking for to help me raise funds for a specific training that is quite expensive.

If you want to learn more, you may search for Leadership and Management Certification program (C-PRO) -HRDO approximate cost is between 30 to 60 thousand pesos or $600-1200 based on the current exchange rate.

I always aim for excellence and education. However, I can't afford to enroll myself for Master's degree. This certification program is an alternative or an equivalent for Master's in less time. This would also allow me to apply for a good position in the government sector.

I already passed the exam for professional eligibility, but I need your help me fund the said certification.
