Out of water- no rainfall since Kilauea erupted in Puna Hawaii

My house has only rain catchment as its water source and we haven't had any measurable rainfall since the river of lava has been actively making its own weather. It's been over a month since we had a decent rain and my house is out of water. No flushing toilets, no washing dishes, no showers, no laundry, etc. It cost around $160 to get a truckload of water delivered and I have been out of work on state disability for last year or so. That equates to trying to live on less than $300 a month. I had rented out part of my place but my tenants have moved out due to lack of running water and I can't rent it without getting water either. Please help me buy water
