I write this in the hopes that a plea for help won't fall on deaf ears and cold hearts. I will in no way say I have had the hardest life, but I have had my fair share of pitfalls. Rc planes started a passion for flying. At the young age of 12 I wished to fly a rc helicopter that ran on fuel and was loud as hell. Going back to the age of 7 my dad handed me a 35mm camera in Yellowstone, smiled, and told me to have fun. The photographer's soul was born that day. I've been behind a camera since. With the rise of cell phones came the near extinction of the "professional photographer". There are exceptions to this and I know that with a little help I can get back in the game. Back on my feet. I have scrapped for every cent to just survive. After 2 years in a wonderful relationship, my very supportive fiance hopes that my dream of photography and passion for flying rc can help us climb out of the hole that most starving artists photographers slowly slide into. I have done my hours of research into drones. Had a few toy ones. But I realize that the only drone footage that sells and or gets hired are the "nice" drones with 4k. The drones a freelance photographer like me dreams about. A childhood friend of over 25 years suggested that if I truely am at the end of my rope and have nowhere else to turn that I should get down on my knees and ask the makers, the community, anyone with the caring heart to help a 33 year old man achieve his dream of flying a world class drone. Please grant me the opportunity to photo and video the world and share such wonders and experiences with the world. The results of my massive drone hunt lead me to the dji mavic pro(fmc). Yes I am aware that there are "better" drones with "better" features. The reason for this drone is it covers all the bases I need in a compact high quality drone. I walk, love to hike, and I would need a drone that could go hiking with me. If there are any kindhearted people left in this world, please help.
