DR BELLE NEED YOUR HELP FOR HER TREATMENT FOR LUPUS

Im anesthesiologist from the PH. When i was 2nd med school i was diagnosed with lupus 2008 and it was really difficult to graduate on time despite of frequent sickness.

Now I am anesthesiologist in a government hosp, intubating covid patients etc. My life is on at stake but I have no choice Im the breadwinner.

However my lupus is getting worse again. Mu myosiitis on my proximal legs is so severe I can't even stand up without pushing mysef up.

So om pleading your good hearts to help me. Possoble tretament is pulse methyprednioslone (highndose), anti clonal antibody (rituxumab) which is expensive before.

Previous complications were esophageal strictures, bechets, myalgia, arthralgia, vasculitis, lung bullae, etc

MY parents cannot provide anymore because theyre retired already and also with serious chronic diseases too. etc

I need to fight for my life because Im the breadwinner.
