I am super excited to be selected to represent South Africa at the UIBBN Natural Body Building Championships in November 2016! This prestigious event will take place in Belgium and 16 athletes will represent SA, the approximate cost to attend is 1300 euros (R20 000) per athlete!

Attending this event will make my 2016 New Years resolution to compete in my sport of choice come full circle. I am proud to be affiliated to South Africa Natural Body Building and the Western Cape Natural Body Building Union who supports keeping the sport drug free and natural.

Being a natural athlete means having to train twice per day and following a very strict eating plan #eatclean #traindirty :-)

I fell in love with the sport of body building at the tender age of 19 as an overweight teenager...... I later saw the changes in my physique and psyche - today I assist other losing weight and adopting a healthy lifestyle through proper eating habits and exercise as a sports coach and group trainer.

This will be my first time representing SA at World Champs -This will however only be come a reality with YOUR financial assistance.
