Help my mum to feel at ease

What you see in this picture is all smiles, but don't let that deceive you. My family is in a debt, we have been suffering for 2 years with this debt in our mind, especially my mother. My mother is a hard worker who has been working for more than 20 years under the same company but the problem is her boss. I'm not trying to pin the blame on her boss but up till now my mother's pay is only 1.8K when really her pay should be higher. My mother is now in her 50s which should be the years of her retirement, but because of the debt she can't seem to take a break. Even if she wants to change her job, it's hard for her age.

I'm still having schools and a job that only pays $6 p/h which isn't enough, my brother is a full-time work but his pay isn't enough too. I just want to help my mother, I want her to live to the fullest, I want her to be happy. I would love to save up to bring her around the world not paying for this debt. Every time I bring up about bringing my mother to go anywhere she would always think of the debt that needs to be done, I don't want her to think about it anymore and let her rest her mind.
