Help Chavez,s family save their HOME

My name is Roberto, Roberto Chavez, I'm 26 years old, living in Cancun, Mexico. I live with my mom, Rocio (61 y/o), an older brother, Armando (29 y/o), a younger, Jesus (24 y/o), and Tuno, our french-maltese dog.

So a little background, about 5-6 months, my mom, unfortunately, was sued by supposedly the new owner of our home (let's call her Miss DP). So, Miss DP, and her lawyers, state that my dad (who doesn't live with us anymore, but we see him once in a while) gave her the "legal authority" to represent him, also he "sold" her our home. Of course, these things NEVER happened! As some of you might know or have heard, Mexico's justice is really corrupt, so is quite easy to find someone to help you if money is involved. Also, my parents, even though they're not together, they're still married by "shared goods" (conjugal partnership/sociedad conyugal), so they can't do anything legally without each other.

Fast forward, we found really good and reliable lawyers, actually they're couple and knew already Jesus 'cause he hangs out with their son, but still, they do that for living and even though they're giving us a reasonable discount, it's still way more than we expected.
So far, I have used all my savings from the last 2-3 years, for the initial payments and fees, about $300,000 MXN = $15,500 USD.
I'm currently working as a server in a fine dining restaurant, which is actually really good, I've been able to save all that amount for my future goals, but now I'll have to start from zero.

The $3,000 USD goal I'm setting is for the next payment of $50,000 MXN, it will give us time to save more money for the remaining work.

So this would be our first time in GGF, please feel free to ask anything!
