Last year, my friend Gail Cross was diagnosed with Leukemia. She was no longer able to work. Her husband had to take her back and forth to Charleston (which is 164.3 miles from their home in Patrick SC) for treatments sometimes 2 to 3 days a week. She needed a bone marrow transplant so after Thanksgiving last year Gail and her husband had to tell the kids bye and left for Charleston. Thanks to her brother Ted who was a match and God, her transplant went well. She had to stay in Charleston till February. She couldn't come home for Christmas last year and could not have many visitors as she recovered. But she did get to see her kids. She still has to travel to Charleston for Dr appt., pay for some of her medicine and their daughter's last year of college tuition that is due in December, along with all their other bills . They have had a tough time here lately with their cars breaking down both being put in the shop to breaking down again. They had to buy another car cause she has to be able to get to her Dr appt. Unfortunately this and other unexpected expenses has put them in a need of some financial help. I'm asking please any donations for my friend will help her and her family in this time of need. So please also keep my friend and her family in prayers. Thank you!
