Navy Veteran Family Plagued by Crisis- emergency funding

Update posted by Katelyn Eyford On Sep 11, 2018

I received word that my brother had to quit his job due to the pain and ongoing infections, as well as drainage tubes he still has in place. He wants to move to Florida (he spent some time there in the Navy) to start school and a new life. He only gets VA support while in school which is his primary motivation- they give housing support if you are a full time student. Spokane is deadly for him and I support his desire to start fresh. My dad has worked every day and my baby brother has ruined another vehicle that my parents just bought him. (Sigh). I'm about to buy an RV and donate my savings from rent money to help with medical bills and williams bills he has racked up.

William is home and all he texted was that he was in pain. He has surgery to drain the abscess but has a drainage tube causing him pain (literally, in the ass...the tube is in his booty check) . his phone is on but he won't text back or call me. My mom says they are fine (shes good at that). My dad is working the next few days in Colfax (he too, travels for work when they are strapped for cash. He has worked nonstop and it's exhausting him). William has a colonoscopy in 2 weeks to make sure theres no more growth or perforations. I've sent texts and Instagram messages asking for any memories, stories of support or touching tales of anyone in my family so I can send a video montage with the fundraising money at the end of the month. THANK YOU ALL FOR THE SUPPORT AND LOVE. IM OVERWHELMED EMOTIONALLY.

my brother was discharged today due to the VA not funding rehabilitative care or recovery. His phone is shut off due to missed payment but my mom said he can finally eat again. He's in a ton of pain due to the drain tubes still inserted. I'm not happy with the fact that they are discharging so soon. But at least he is "stable" for now.

My brother has officially quit his job because he can’t do patient care with the drains in. He is trying to move to Florida to start a new life and get back in school.

Update: his phone is back in service and he is home resting. His JP drains are hurting him a lot and they are draining about 500cc every day. (The drains are in his ass andnhe can’t move well) he willnhave a colonoscopy in a week or 2 to explore the condition of his bowels. No physical repairs have been made at this point and theres a chance of a perforation near his jejunum where the initial trauma occurred. I’ll be reaching out to my family today with more info after I get some sleep.

Hi to all, I hope anyone out there will be kind enough to visit my campaign. We need every bit of your help for my niece who’s a victim of hit and run accident. Prayers will be much appreciated if you can’t donate anything. Any small amount will do. Thank you.

Hi there! I am Jude, a 40-year-old Malaysian from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I had a shingles oticus, also known as Ramsay Hunt syndrome type II, occurred in the right side of my mouth two-and-a-half years ago. It then resulted from the virus spreading from the facial nerve to the vestibulocochlear nerve, involved my right ear. For that reason, I lost three teeth and my right eardrum is perforated. And I spent most of my savings on medical expenses. As the uncertainties of the Malaysian economy currently cause the cost of living to rise and stock market to tumble. All I am asking for is a relief fund for 2 to 3 months while getting back to the investment consultancy. Thank you very much indeed for your kind attention and go fund me please. I greatly appreciate your generosity. May you always be blessed with good health and happiness.
