Campaign Story
‘Tony the Dogfather’ born Tony Waters is a British Bahraini expatriate who has dedicated the last 18 years of his life to rescuing and rehabilitating abused and neglected animals.
Tony’s incredible story all began when his daughter started rescuing stray animals from the streets of Bahrain and purely through the kindness of his heart he has since dedicated his life to saving those animals, taking in the ones that no one else will.
At the centre we don’t just rescue Dogs, we also have rescue cats, birds, goats and even a Baboon.
As well as caring for the animals Tony also runs an educational program at the centre visiting schools nationwide, teaching children on the importance of animal welfare.
Since the centre opened in 1999 Tony has rescued thousands of animals giving them a loving home and through the generosity and kindness of donations the centre continues to thrive.

Hello guys My name is Mohin I’m 25 year old My voice is female voice This is my congenital problem. My voice is like a girl in my childhood Everyone smiles when I hear my voice and some people make bad comments about my voice. I have seen a doctor for voice problems, the doctor said that I am the voice of the girls, everyone in the society laughs with my voice, I feel ashamed of myself. I’m 25 years old but due to voice problems, I do not get any job. When I go for employment, everyone says I will not have problems, To earn money, coming from another country, I have been coming to Bahrain for two years, but I have not done anything yet. While coming to Bahrain, I have been borrowing money for the visa, but I have not been able to repay the borrowed money yet. I feel a lot of trouble for this. My treatment requires a lot of money, but I do not have the money to do the treatment. I have to go to India for my treatment. In my own country this disease is not treated, so I have to go to India. I need a lot of money to go to India and for medical treatment, so I need a lot of help. If I can change my voice, I will be much better. If I change the voice, I will be able to build my life with a good job.
