NZ$50.00Donated So Far
Hi everyone,
I established a website - Deaf History, Culture and Sign Language for the community around the world. Currently, I am receiving a small donation, and I would like to continue to work and research through the Deaf History, Culture and Sign Language. I put my writing a book about our Deaf Units in Hamilton Schools on hold due to the shortage of funding.
Where will the funding go? Photo materials for the book, blogs, presentation to the community such as schools, archives materials such as old newspapers, certificates, and many more.
Recently my partner bought a new laptop, so I can continue to do research, to collect articles, pieces of information, photos and storage in the hard drives for presentations and the blog website.
I aim to teach and to share with other people and children to learn about our Deaf Culture, Sign Language and History. I want to preserve our history and sign language in the community because there are a small number of websites in New Zealand. No one knows or know very little about our New Zealand Deaf History and sign language from around the world. The audiences are growing and attract to my blog because they enjoy reading the blog and learn more about the history of the Deaf people, sign language, culture, education and Deaf with other disabilities people.
Here is my web site - https://www.mydeaf.blog/
