18 yr old shot by cop with excessive force, in need of defense attorney

Please watch video and read these links, they pretty much sums up what happened.

My niece is an 18 year old tiny 4'11"/100lb little girl, shot twice in chest and back. After 5 surgeries she is now temporarily disabled in her left arm, will hopefully recover with physical therapy.

"Okay...here it goes...I was shot on 7/8/17 twice by a cop. I woke up in the hospital with a tube down my throat and 4 tubes in my sides and back draining the blood and liquid from my collapsed lungs I was hooked to a couple machines and lots of monitors...he shot me in a blood vessel above my heart....7/8/17 is the day I almost died .. .it's hard to talk or think about it but it happens. On a real note I've never had a true friend and I realized allot about that in jail...however 11/9/17 I go back to court to see if they raise my bail even know I've already been bailed out?! The DA that's against me is an awful lady! Man 230000 is what she wants to raise it to. I have 9 charges.." --Carmen's own words today 10-13-2017.

Please watch the video in the first link and see what witnesses said about how the situation was handled.
This officer has 20+ years experience and didn't even consider using a tazer instead of leathal force. He also endangered everyone in the store instead of having them leave the area.
In the video you can see her advance before she was shot twice, but she was actually walking in the opposite direction of the officer.
Carmen did not once threaten the customers or anyone else in the store.
In one of the links below you can see a list of charges a mile long including "assault with a deadly weapon". This may be one of the most obvious contradictions in the story. Though when you read through these news reports you will find many many more.
Please take the time to look this over. We need to come up with $7500 for down payment for an attorney I have found perfect for her defense.
