Food and life necessities giving for the homeless on my Birthday on July 27

My Birth day is on July 27, and I want to spent this day by helping other people, those who are hungry and sleeping on cold floors in Makati. I wanted to allot some of my savings, however I think, it is not enough. I wanted to give them food and some items like blankets, clothes, toiletries etc. I came from a poor family but I am lucky enough to finish my studies and land to a stable job. My heart broke every time I see homeless specially small children sleep with hungry stomach. I give food occasionally but on my birth day, I wanted to roam the city and give food for every homeless I see. I hope you guys can help me.
