Vision of an African influenced collection that represents the diversity of our land

My name is Logan, I am a 3rd year fashion design student in Cape Town. I have received 3 out of 5 distinctions from my last academic year at Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

The 3rd year at University is focused on the final year collection that we have to design and create a signature collection that will introduce us to the world of fashion, using the skill and education that we received in the previous years. To create my dream collection that will not only be to complete my final year but to use this collection to generate sales to build my own fashion brand.

I have worked with well known South African fashion designers and brands that are world renowned and I have been blessed to learn and put into practice the education I have received. Regardless of my achievements I still have to walk a very long road to success. I am grateful and exited to walk this road.

I have used my talent and skill set to make smaller units and custom pieces for my clients however I do not have he funds to assist me to make my final year collection to graduate or to start a small fashion brand that will establish me in the fashion industry. I have tried other career paths and somehow always end up right where I'm supposed to be. With your help, I will be able to complete my final year of studies and i will be able to start my brand.

This is not just a fantasy that I would like to make a reality with your help, this is the biggest dream of a young coloured boy from Delft in the Cape Flats
