9 year old broken/chipped tooth

I am seeking help to fix my daughters tooth.  She is  in the 4 grade and currently been being made fun of because of it.. I have serked help with insurance from the state and they will not fix it the say it is cosmetic.   As a singke mother of 2 I do not have tge means to have her tooth fixed.  I am asking for any help that you can  give to help her.  Every day she comes home from school sad or crying becsuse if the name calling and I would love for this to stop.   Thank you for  taking the time to listen.
