6 year old needs Hip Surgery

Hello My name is Miguel I live in Phoenix Az and my baby was diagnosed two years ago with developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH). At the time the doctor said that in most cases it corrects it self, but now one leg seems shorter than the other and this causes her to limp when she walks, and because of this she doesn´t want to go to school anymore, kids make fun of her and i'm trying very despretly to raise enough money to pay for surgery. 

My girl is a smart kid she was always at the top of her class and now she doesnt want to go to school because they make fun of her. Her birthday is in November 8 and i wish that by then i could have the money for the surgery it will make her and me happy.
