Donate to partner with our school, Coast Bridge – Academy to ensure that children of school going age who cannot afford the basic things needed for schooling and are not in school or have droop out of school are enrolled in our school. Since 2018 when we started our school, a total of sixty two (62) students have been enrolled with the potential of increasing to 100 next academic terms.

Two (2) classrooms nearing completion is needed in September to take in an extra estimated 20 children for new enrollments, your donation can help us complete the building.

As you may know, Coast-bridge-Ghana is a registered non-governmental organization (N.G.O) based In Akosua Village, Winneba – Ghana. Our vision is to alleviate poverty and mechanize a sustainable development in the lives of vulnerable children and families living in rural fishing communities through education, health and economic empowerment projects.

Our work is mainly focused on children and families in rural fishing villages where educational providers are often unable or unwilling, to provide services tailored to these communities where the impact of child labor may also reduce school enrollment and attendance.

Since we started Coast Bridge – Ghana in 2015, we have support the enrollment of over hundred (100) children from the Warabeba and Akosua fishing villages. However, because of some challenges faced in getting admissions and monitoring of some of these children, we made the decision to start a community school in Akosua fishing village. We started Coast Bridge – Academy with seven (7) students in 2018, as at January 2020, the number has increased to 62, we are expecting an increase to 100 before the year ends.
