I need your help and support for my Surgery!

Im 28 years old mid aged boy. I'm, Unfortunately cannot work due to my weight and physical condition. Im living with my mother and grandmother. We need your help to make my life normal and way better. I will post some of my pictures after and before my first surgery which I was at 720 LB and you will see my current condition at 530 LB.

I was 720 LB 4 years ago. We (my mother, sister and I) managed to find enough donations locally for my bariatric surgery. Thanks to all these people and my doctor, im 550 LB now. My doctor says that I will need another surgery which is the biggest, last and almost guaranteed weight loss for a few Morbid Obese person like me. It is "Gastric Bypass Surgery" In this regard my doctor says this surgery needs to be done in USA, more than that he says "it specially needs to be done by some talented obesity surgeon like Younan Nowzaradan or anyone else who is experienced atleast like him. Due to my surgery history and my current weight, my chance to survive from this operation is %50. I think i'm too young to die, I was always fat compared to my age and I have never lived normal life. I wasnt even be able to go out for walk and take breath until recently. I just want to live my life like any normal person on the planet. Better hospitals and experienced doctors make this chance a little bit higher for positive side.
