Campaign Story
On the 4th May 2019, me and my training buddy/coach Jay Whitfield shall be participating in the 50km XTERRA Gozo Trail Run.

This will be our first Ultrathon and will take us around the whole coast of our sister Island Gozo.
Since mental health affects 1 in 3 persons, there's a good chance it has or will be a part of your life at some point.
We would like to take this opportunity to help raise awareness for mental health and the great work being carried out by the Richmond Foundation.
