A dream i have had as long as i could remember is to go to the Carribbean and spend a couple of weeks jumping from island to island exploring and fishin. i have always loved to fish and as a child i  would spend hours along the bank of any body of water i could find. Later in my  teens i moved near the coast and found my new love saltwater fishing. Neither me or my family had much money so i could never fully enjoy the coast i was limited to the shore or on piers. A little over a year age a friend brought up kayak fishing i looked into it and found that it could be possible for me to find one for a couple hundred so i started to save it took around 4 months. With limited funds i purchased a 10 foot pelican apex which is about the smallest for an adult. I built out riggers with pvc pipe and pole noodles to help make it more stable because with me and my fishing gear i am over the wieght capacity of the kayak. Since i have started kayaking i began looking at maps of the coast and noticed that if i can make it around six mile off shore there are barrier islands that stretch across the gulf for about 50 miles with the average distance between them of three miles. With you help i would buy a little bigger kayak and a few supplies and spend about a week visiting each island. The trip will be recorded and posted to youtube with special thanks add to the credits to everyone that helped me make a dream come true
