David Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge Fundraiser

This is a challenge where I will run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours, to raise money for the Cyprus Red Cross Society. It is the annual David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge and it coincides with my birthday.

I chose to support the Cyprus Red Cross society because of the wide variety of services they provide, including Psychosocial Support during our difficult times, disaster management, support to refugees, migrants and environmental support. Their mission is to prevent and alleviate human suffering and to support and prepare individuals and communities to respond effectively to emergencies, in times of peace and war, without any discrimination as to race, class, gender, religion or faith or political opinions or beliefs or any other similar grounds.
