The Pawsome Rescue team undertook a rescue mission which involved rescuing 44 dogs from a local pound at Banting on the 26th of Sept. The dogs were transported them over to a shelter at down south at Johor that was 300+ kilometers away.
It was a challenging and arduous task where our iron ladies braved the authorities, numerous logistical challenges and not to mention financial hurdles as well. All of this in the name of ensuring that the dogs do not end up being put to sleep. It was a successful initiative which commands praise from the get go.
However, all is not well at this point. There are some dues that need to met in order to aid the shelter to manage the sudden influx of dogs in their care, which they have so graciously accepted when nobody else would.
