4.5 Month Volunteering in South America

I recently graduated with a Masters in social work and am currently working as a waitress to save up money for my 18 weeks of volunteer work in Argentina and Colombia doing a variety of volunteer projects such as childcare, community work (specifically with teens in alcohol abuse centers), and teaching English. I have gotten really close to saving up enough money to reach my desired goal before I leave when I ended up getting vestibular neuritis (a funky inner ear infection/inflammation which makes it feel like you are constantly on a wavy boat with a really intense headache 100% of the time) which has prevented me from working for the past couple weeks. Hopefully I will be able to recover and get back to work before I leave! Although this illness has really set me back I REFUSE to let it prevent me from going abroad to work with the kiddos in Argentina and Colombia, but I realize I can't do everything on my own and would love any support you can offer!
