3rd times the charm

Hallo,

Ich bin Jerome und miene Frau ist Deutsch und Russich. I’m Military und jetzt leben in USA.

That’s all I have but I’m working on my German.... I met my wife in Germany got married and years later (2018) I was stationed back in the USA. This is my wife’s third country living in and she is having to re-accomplish ALL of her education from Germany, as her 3 years of college is not accepted here. We have the same profession but it requires a different degree so she is currently doing all of the general education classes at the community college; which, is stressful as we are both in our early/mid 30’s. We are both in school but mine is free as I’m in the military working on a graduate cert, while the cost for classes cost over 1000 as we are in an expensive state 10-15k a year and that’s at a public university with reduced tuition rates (outside of DC). We are operating off of one income, and we are making it work; however, my wife is not eligible for any government funding/ grant.... she just finished her English as a second language courses so I’m expecting a huge increase in cost while we are already stretched towards the limit like everyone else. She still has 2 years at the community college and then 2 years at a university so the price asked should be enough to give us some breathing room, until I am promoted in 2.5 years. My wife is a genuine good hearted person, and its horrible that this is happening to her but she pushes on. She is a stunning woman and for that I will do my all. When it’s all said and done I expect to spend 40-60k for her education and degree but a little assistance now would be tremendous.
