Help us renovate a 30 year old house

Hi! My name is Camilo Domagsang and my wife is Dawn Domagsang. We are married and we have two children. Our family are currently renting and we cannot hold our rental expenses anymore. Our second child is very sickly and due to increasing expenses, we would soon need to let go of our rental house.

My father offered their old house to us and willingly we accepted their offer. The only hindrance for us to live in that house is that the house itself is already in wreckage. It is a survivor of typhoon Ondoy in the Philippines on 2009 and since then no one lives in it. When we visited the house, its condition is not good to roof a family. The roof is already dripping whenever it rains. The wooden floor which supports the 2^nd floor is already broken and not safe to use anymore. If you go down on the 1^st floor, the vinyl tiles are already ripped off and we also need to do a whole rewiring and take a look into the water plumbing system. When the typhoon happened, the flood reached half of the second floor of the house but it saved a lot of people whom take shelter into it and went to the roof.

As we have decided to take the offer to live in this house, we need to do a lot of renovation. We need to put back the beauty and glory of this house, because of that we are starting this fundraising project to restore the beauty of that 30 year old house so we can move in. We are looking to raise $4000 to help us pay for the whole renovation of the house.

If we will be able to complete the renovation of the house, we will be able to cost cut the monthly expenses we are paying for our rentals and possibly, we will be able to put up a small retail store on the front yard and my wife can then be a full time mom.

Your donation will go toward all the expenses that we would have in doing the renovation project and it would not only help us but that would also serve as a foundation for building the future of our family.
