My name is Bryan, I am a realtor in Singapore and I had 10 years of experiences in the Real Estate industry.

Here's my vision as a realtor: Provides my clients with the most professional real estate service, customizing to their needs and solving difficult situations for them. I strongly believe in understanding my client’s needs and offer the best solution to go with. Helping every client to build their wealth thru assets.

The reason why I am seeking funds is due to business failure and here's what happens:

I started my career as a realtor since 2009, ever since everything went smooth and steady. I was awarded numerous TOP Producer awards in my Real Estate career as a realtor. In 2015, my friend and I decided to start an F&B business together we invested a total of $200,000.

Business was good from the start, we started to get more business by supplying breakfast to nearby hostel and boutique hotel. Everything was running well till one day, our head chef started to show troubles with turning up for work and subsequently, he went MIA.

Being held at knifepoint without a chef, our restaurant will not be able to operate as before and was forced to close it down. With a hefty loss of $200,000, I went into denial and almost felled into depression. I sold my car and other items just to keep myself alive!

However, THANK GOD! in 2017 my wife got pregnant and was our first child. This special gift from GOD brought be back to reality. Now that I am a father, I decided to pick myself up and start fighting again!

Over the past 2 years, I had been struggling to make ends meet. It's never easy to juggle between hospital appointments & meeting of clients. Glad that we had survived thru it together and was blessed with a beautiful baby boy.

During these times I had spent up all my savings and while now is the time I can fully concentrate on my career I was left with $0 marketing budget.

The funds raised in this campaign will be able to help me kick start my marketing campaign for my career to have an income to provide for my family.
