27 y/o fighting eviction

Please help!  I am a 27 year old female struggling desperately to make ends meet.  I work two full time jobs, which I have done so for the last 10 years on my own.  But somehow I keep falling more and more into debt, whether it be with medical bills, car bills or rent.  Everytime I take one step forward, I feel like I fall ten steps back.  I dont have any family to turn to and am facing eviction at the end of this month with nowhere to go.  I have been late on rent consistently and in doing so have acquired more debt.  I need assistance to get out of this hole.  I have dreams and aspirations of having a family and starting my own business.  I hope to go back to school soon but cant do it in this situation.  I appreciate any contribution from the very bottom of my heart. ♥
