December 27th, 2021 marks the beginning of ProjeKt Inspire’s 6th annual STEM Youth Boot Camp (SYBC). The 5-day residential program serves students from every region in Tanzania and will be held at ProjeKt Inspire’s STEM Park in Tanga. This year’s theme is ‘Enabling access to health services in the digital era’. Students will focus on how the use of science and technology in health care services can bridge the gaps between the community and service providers by increasing access to appropriate health information, expertise, and services. For just $30 you can provide the financial means to support a boot camp attendee for ONE DAY of the program and unlock a life changing experience for them at a pivotal time in their education. Help us reach our goal to provide full scholarships of $150 to each of our 70 students!

Hear from SYBC alumni, Enid Norbert, on her experience at the fifth annual boot camp. As a student in the engineering class, Enid worked with a team to build an environmentally friendly jet engine. She also brought her project to present in the individual projects competition during the camp. Enid’s project consisted of an innovative solution to feeding poultry in times of drought, which is common in her home village. With your help, we can bring more students like Enid to our sixth rendition of the SYBC.
