Our goals:
- Developing a new Education System (focused on Self-Development instead off Knowledge)

- Offering a "Deliveroo" or "UberEats" for Self-development

- Developing a 2 Month Long Self-Development plan to help people find their Inner Confidence

- OpenKoffie Locations to offer free self-development opportunities for the less financially fortunate.

First Target Date: March 2020
Second Target Date: August 2020
Final Target Date: January 2021



As an Introvert I always had difficulty making friends. I thought I wasn't funny, not good looking enough or cool. This resulted in me being a little shy and not very good socially.

My parents always encouraged me to 'say hi' or 'make friends'. This only ended up with me thinking that if I did not want to 'say hi' or was not successful to 'make friends' that it was something wrong.

Now with this experience and background I started my own company Inner Confidence. However this company is based on a Quantum Business model. This means that I effectively turn Maslow's Pyramid around.

Self-Actualization is the foundation of the Pyramid and Primary Needs is the very last thing people should worry about. There are so many parents, blood brothers, soldiers and friends who gave their life for what they believed in. Gave up all their Primary Needs to make sure their child would survive and be healthy. This is why I believe that having a higher goal or a intrinsic purpose is way more important than money.

The reason why I describe my business model is because for a successful Self-Development company you cannot differentiate work from private life. You cannot focus on primary needs or cause and effect. We are working with human beings, not machines. So if my business would be focused on making money and not helping people it will collapse.

So for a year now I have been doing the Non-Profit called OpenKoffie. OpenKoffie is a daily meet up that offers a free opportunity for Self-Development. That could be a workshop or a talk or any kind of event. I started this because if you are sad, feel lonely or are scared in anyway. There should always be a free place where you can go to find help.




Supporting Inner Confidence will help us prepare our future generation to be assertive, emphatic and more intuitive. By changing our primary school education system from Knowledge to Self-Development, students in High School will be way more prepared to make life changing decisions.

As I am trying to prove the world that people care about mindfulness and mental health. Funding this initiative will make a statement that the world is ready for change.
