2020: Para Olympics Tokyo 2020 : this is where I am going

Immediate goal: My next point in the road to 2020 is The Para world triathlon cup in Lausanne Switzerland. Travel cost : +- R 60 000 + dedicated triathlon bike .

1968- Hi im Charl Parkin from Port Elizabeth RSA 51 years young and a para athlete who has motor neuron disease with my claws hooked solidly onto the road to the 2020 Tokyo para Olympic games.

Best life “advice” Ever given to me -

2007 – Go home,

do nothing,

U have motoneuron disease/ als /mnd. (same as Steven Hawking’s & Joost van der Westhuizen )

There is no cure,

U have2 years TO LIVE.

What did I DO with the advice-?

2019- I am ranked 7 th in the world as a para triathlon athlete class pts3

Im making more friends all over the world.

Im an absolute miracle, with an aweswim attitude

Funds raised will cover my expenses:

The average cost per event:+- R 41000 /Euros 2562
