2020 Imagine Global Fundraiser

Hi there! I would just request a donation to my chosen not-for-profit, Imagine Global Ltd. It is a charity I have set up with some family and friends that is officially registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and has Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status. This meaning contributions above $2 are tax deductible! (if you are living in Australia)

So what does the charity do? We have, in the span of 7 years, reached over 700 beneficiaries through our range of community programs both in Perth and abroad.

Over the years we have developed 4-5 programs including:

1) House visitations (Local - Perth)
Where we help Families in crisis (people with medical conditions/ disabilities) with practical chores like gardening and cleaning. > 20 beneficiaries have been reached. Estimated Annual Costs

2) Aged Care Visits (Local - Perth)
We believe in taking care of a part of our population quite easily/frequently overlooked! We have had visits to 2 elderly homes and reached over 50 elderly in performing songs and interacting with them

3) Homeless Outreach (Local - Perth)
We have infiltrated UWA, Curtin and Notre Dame Universities to train more than 50 medical/ health students to be homeless outreach workers. We have reached out to 100 or more homeless people through these workers being at homeless dorp in centres. We are also involved in meal serving for the homeless.

4) Overseas Outreach
We have reached hundreds of beneficiaries through multiple overseas trips to Cambodia and Greece since 2015. The communities we help include poor/disadvantaged villages and refugees. This year we just had our first trip to Thessaloniki, Greece where we helped about 200 refugees/beneficiaries!

5) Youth mentoring program for migrant families (Local- Perth)
Migrant families often are socio-economically challenged and socially isolated. This program aims to help their youth integrate in Australian society and achieve personal success. This is under development set to launch this month! This is in partnership with Save the children (Perth entity) and Multicultural futures (based in Fremantle).

With ever expanding operations, Imagine needs a considerable amount of resources in order to sustain our impact.
I'm taking a step of faith to use my birthday as an opportunity to request funds as we really do need them. We really hope to reach hundreds and hundreds more of beneficiaries, our goal is to triple our impact by next year!
