2018 United World Games Tour

Our Young King's hard work, integrity, dedication, loyalty and commitment, on and off of the court, continues to pay off. Darius was selected to play with the USA World Athlete's basketball team this summer during the 2018 United World Game Tournament, the largest youth tournament in Europe. During this 10-day international tour he will have the honor of visiting places such as Germany, Italy and the tournament host city of Klagenfurt, Austria.

As you can imagine,we were so excited to receive this news last week. I have only shared this news with a few people so far, but I did not want to miss out on the opportunity to allow others to be part of this adventure of a lifetime with us.

Of course there is a reasonable investment to have this kind of experience, however, with the support of those who share in our excitement and are willing to make a donation of any size, we can take care of this expense in no time flat, no donation is too small.

As my oldest son pointed out, we can take care of this a number of ways, $1 by $1, a combination of increments or in 1 lump sum payment, but I am sure that there are those who would love to have the opportunity to sow into this opportunity of a lifetime.

The total cost for this experience is $4500 ($4200 if paid in full), which includes:

Round trip airfare, taxes, and service fees from the team’s departure airport
-International hotel accommodations, taxes, and service fees (occupancy rules vary, see below)
-All airport transfers and transportation to scheduled activities
-Entertainment as outlined in the itinerary (amazing sightseeing excursions, authentic cultural experiences, guided educational tours)
-SaWUSA uniforms and equipment (*personalized souvenir jersey is an optional added fee)
-Entrance fees for the games/tournaments and international & USA sport sanctioning and approvals
