Women Energized 2016

Women Energized 2016 is an all-ladies health event. This year, the event would be held over 2 days, 19 and 26 November 2016. We will kick-start the event on 19 November with a talk themed: Downsize your meal, Upsize your health; a talk on the raising obesity in Singapore that leads to many health issue. This full-day health talk will be divided into 2 sessions.

As part of our outreach efforts, we wish to spark conversations that increase awareness of the raising health issue that has been a concern today. Hence we provide this one day talk for FREE!!

First Session

1000 – 1100: Obesity –So What? (Dr Elly Sabrina)

1100 – 1200: Health and Religion (Ustazah Shameem)

1200 – 1230: Q & A

Second Session

1400 – 1500: Fit Your Body Sis Dee Dee Mahmood

1500 – 1600: Get Your Fats Right Sis Suria Mohd

1600 – 1630: Q & A

There will be booths set up by several vendors for health-related products and sportswear, for everyone to look and purchase during or after the event.

There will also be several exercise sessions conducted by the speakers, as well as HPB throughout the whole program.

We will be conducting a netball tournament on the 26 Nov 2016.

As we are a non-profit organization, we’re currently looking for sponsors who would be willing to help us reach this goal. We are counting on generous donors either monetary or in any terms. Our efforts to fight obesity can’t take effect unless we have the support of everyone in our community. We hope to count on you to make this event our best one yet!
