1st film project – The Art of Goetia

Greetings to everyone, hope you are doing well wherever you are!

A few words about us.

We are a small group consisting of post-graduates/dropouts of a variety of schools such as computer science, multimedia, video editing, 3D modeling & animation etc gathered to put our knowledge and experience into use; thus we created a film studio aiming to complete our first film project at a professional level and hopefully help in the future upcoming artists/filmmakers/scriptwriters who lack funds too with tips, equipment, free video editing.

A few words about the campaign:

Although we have the appropriate knowledge and we strongly believe we have what it takes; filmmaking is a demanding process! For this reason we started this campaign which could help us make our first film project a reality and show the world what we are capable of!

More specifically:

• We owe basic equipment such as cameras/drones/mic booms and a large green screen room is under construction.
• All actors are volunteers from local acting and theater teams.
• Make-up and hairstyle artists are also volunteers
• Our team will be in charge of Post-production such as sound and video editing, visual and special effects

so all the funds of this campaign will be solely used for buying specific necessary equipment, meals for the crew during the filming stage and for covering physical rewards that will be shipped after the publication date of the film.

Genre: Fantasy - Horror

Short summary of the film:

As a young man discoveres that his deceased relatives were part of an occult sect; he finds himself along with a party of friends involved in a dire situation after performing a ritual summoning found in a strange book that came into his possession. The script follows the main characters in a struggle to survive and make sense of what's happening around them.

No further details of the scenario are given deliberately in order to prevent spoiling or damaging the project.

Filming will take place in the beautiful island of Crete in great scouted locations and scenery!

Other information:

Filming stage is scheduled to start at mid-June or early-July!

Casting has not finished yet.

We will provide more information and updates in the near future along with a website.

We hope to great final results and to a film that all of you will enjoy!
