This crowd fund campaign is for a collection bounty (starting at $170,000) for the FIRST PERSON who can successfully obtain a copy of a public court transcript [i.e. United States v. Cary Lee Peterson, Case No. 16-CR- 00230-AET, ECF Doc. No. 170 as to a Sentencing Hearing as to Cary Lee Peterson before U.S. District Judge Anne E. Thompson, 5/10/2019] [see copy of court record at reference link below], that is said to be available for public viewing at the courthouse, or purchase by ANY PERSON who submits a request to the U.S. District Court for the New Jersey District.

Whereas, after several requests to the listed court reporter, court clerk, chief judge, and third-party transcriber [www.jjcourt.com], made by Defendant Peterson, his publicist, his relatives, and various news representatives, over the past nine (9) months, there has been no responses, answers, or excuses as to why the 5/10/2019 sentencing hearing court transcript cannot be provided to any of the several persons privileged to view or order them, as the court record shows.

It has became rather evident that the court or third-party transcribers have no intentions on releasing this court transcript to Peterson, Peterson's office, Peterson's family, or any news reporter contacting the court or transcribers about the forbidden Peterson court transcript, that is (indisputably) supposed to be available to the general public pursuant to U.S. Code Section 753 of Title 28 [28 U.S.C. 753].

Therefore, it is believed that the help from a few sponsors of public justice can get the job done. The court transcribers and court reporter may have informal, prejudicial, or personal reasons to ignore, deny, or negate the said persons' right to these public court records that are purportedly available (this very second) for public viewing or purchase. But It is highly unlikely they feel that way about everyone.

Legal Notice

This project aims to raise funds to pay a reward / bounty to resolve a claim, or other type of dispute. Neither GoGetFunding nor the Project Owner can guarantee the outcome of that dispute, or that it will be resolved at all. Due to the uncertain nature of disputes, it is not possible for the Project Owner to be sure that the amount it raises will be enough to resolve the dispute or to see it through to its conclusion. If the desired outcome of the dispute is achieved in the first instance, it may be subject to appeal and may be overturned.

That being said, whoever can produce an official copy of court transcript from Doc. No. 170 of Peterson's 5/10/2019 sentencing hearing, shall be awarded the public justice bounty monies for this public awareness cause on public integrity and public interest.
